The selection of candidates for the various courses/training programs would be done on the basis of merit list prepared from the marks obtained by candidates. If more than one candidates rank same on the merit list then the selection would be based on Date of Birth/Alphabetical order.
Those candidates who have been selected on merit in Sabal Bharat Examination would be required to authenticate the information given in the application form with the original documents before getting admission in various chosen courses/training courses. If any details is found to be false or half-true then the candidates would not be considered for the admission.
The Examination fee of INR 560 that is charged from the candidates includes the registration charges, examination fees and bank transaction charges. This fee is non-refundable. In the condition of selection or non-selection, this fee would not be refunded to the candidates.
If the candidate gives wrong Unique ID during the deposit of Examination Fee, then the Trust would not be responsible for this. The application would be considered cancelled under this condition.
The admit card for the Sabal Bharat Examination would be uploaded on the Sabal Bharat Website viz. www.sabalbharat.in 10 days before the examination. All the candidates would be informed about it on their registered mobile numbers.
The candidates would be eligible for only one course/training through the ‘Sabal Bharat Examination’.
On the completion of one course/training program, if the candidates wishes to get admission in other course/training program they are required to apply afresh for the Sabal Bharat Examination.
Trust has the sole discretion to choose the educational institute for those candidates who have opted for Free Course + Free Hostel + Free Mess + Monthly Stipend.
It is compulsory to participate in the Live Training program run by the Trust for all the candidates selected.
The monthly stipend to the selected candidates would be deposited in their accounts. 80% attendance is compulsory in the chosen course/training program and Live training for those candidates receiving monthly stipend.
The Trust would provide the fees and study material for the chosen courses to those candidates falling under the Scholarship Category. No other benefits/payments should be given to the candidates apart from this.
The committee of specialist nominated by the Trust would select the sportsmen/candidates in the Sports Talent Category.
The candidates selected in the Sabal Bharat Examination have to follow the set parameters of discipline and behavior. The candidates would be suspended/rusticated from the courses if found to break the Rules.
Sabal Bharat Examination is for all the categories. There is no reservation of any kind in the selection process.
Trust does not conduct any course/training program on its own. It only acts as a coordinator in admissions to different courses/training programs.
The Trust secures all the right to bring any change in its ‘Sabal Bharat Program’. Trust is not bound to inform anyone before bringing any change in its programs.
In the situation of any conflict, Jaipur (Rajasthan) would be the site of Jurisdiction.
